CleanSnapAI — Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using CleanSnapAI (“the app”), provided by Tech Verticks LLC (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

CleanSnapAI helps you find and review duplicate, similar, and blurry photos, screenshots, RAW photos, Live Photos, bursts, and large or heavy videos, and compress videos, to free up storage. All processing happens on your device. The app provides recommendations only; you decide what to delete or compress, and you confirm each action.

3. Your responsibility for your media (IMPORTANT)

Deleting photos and videos is permanent after they leave the Photos “Recently Deleted” album. While the app applies safety measures (it never auto-deletes, never pre-selects favorites/hidden/last-24h items, and requires your confirmation plus the system’s confirmation), you are solely responsible for reviewing items before deleting them and for keeping your own backups (for example, iCloud Photos or another backup). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of photos, videos, or other data resulting from your use of the app.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the app except as allowed by law.

5. Subscriptions and purchases (auto-renewable terms)

The app offers a free tier and the following premium options, purchased through your Apple ID:

• Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Titles, exact prices (in your local currency), subscription length, and any free-trial or introductory terms are shown on the paywall before you buy and on the App Store product page.

For auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in iOS Settings → [your Apple ID name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store Terms. Restoring previous purchases is available on the paywall via “Restore Purchases.” Refunds are handled by Apple per Apple’s policies.

6. Premium features

Premium unlocks unlimited cleanup, unlimited video compression, AI best-photo selection, batch delete, and smart screenshot/large-video cleanup. The free tier allows cleaning up to 20 items and one video compression. We may change which features are free or premium in future versions.

7. Acceptable use

Use the app only with media you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use the app to violate any law or any other person’s rights.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Storage-savings figures are estimates and may differ from actual results. Detection (duplicate/similar/blur/quality) is heuristic and may produce false positives or negatives — always review before deleting.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Third-party services

Subscription management uses Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat, Inc. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be noted by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law and contact
